Renting that
feels human.

A bright living room ready for new tenants

Three quick reads.

A stronger position, from day one.

From 1 May 2026 every tenancy is a rolling periodic agreement, no fixed term. You can give two months' notice and leave at any point. Landlords can no longer evict without a reason; rent can only be increased once a year via formal notice. Pets can no longer be unreasonably refused. Bidding above the advertised rent is prohibited.

  • Two months

Notice to end the tenancy, at any time.

  • Once per year

The maximum frequency for any rent increase.

  • No bidding wars

Properties are let at the advertised rent, not above it.

What you can expect from us.

We work for you too

Our fee is paid by the landlord, but a tenancy is a two sided agreement. You'll always get the same calm, prompt response from us as a landlord would.

Only permitted fees

We'll never charge for application, referencing, admin, inventory, check in, renewal or check out. The Tenant Fees Act 2019 made these illegal, and we don't look for clever ways around it.

A small team who know you

From your first viewing through to handing the keys back, you'll deal with the lettings team directly — people who know your tenancy and your property. No call centre roulette.

Maintenance acted on quickly

Routine repairs booked within working hours. Genuine emergencies (burst pipes, no heat in winter, smell of gas) answered around the clock.

Tell us what you're after.

We sometimes know about properties coming to market before they list. Register your requirements and we'll be in touch when something matches.
